We started 9jaHouseHunt after losing too many weekends to fake listings, missing agents, and "caution fees" that quietly vanished. So we built a marketplace where every home is physically verified, every fee is on-screen before you pay, and tenants and landlords are treated like the adults they are.

Our team visits and photographs every property before it goes live. Listings are stamped with the date of the last inspection.

Tenants treated well.
Inspection fees are refundable if our agent is a no-show. Caution fees are held in escrow until your move-out walk-through.
